About Us

Snuggly Start teaches parents and caregivers in Oak park and the Chicago West Suburbs how to use loving touch as a language - a way to listen to their baby, build connection, and grow in confidence.

Classes are led by the founder Heloise Stauff, Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM) and Psychomotor Therapist trained in France. Her approach is consent-first: families learn to read their baby's cues before any technique. Touch is communication, not just a skill.

Services include private and group class series, on-site workshops and class series, Dad & Baby classes, Expecting Parents workshops, Toddler & Baby workshops, Baby Shower workshops, and training for daycare staff and nannies. A sliding-scale program ensures accessibility for all families.

Snuggly Start is rooted in the local community, collaborating with pediatricians, doulas, and family resource organizations across the west suburbs. Every family is welcome.
