About Us

Seasons Within LLC Art Therapy & Counseling is a nurturing and professional mental health practice dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and families through life’s many transitions and emotional challenges. Our practice specializes in counseling and art therapy services for children and families, offering a strengths-based and integrative approach that supports emotional regulation, communication, social development, and self-esteem. At Seasons Within, our team includes licensed clinicians with specialized training and experience in working with children and adolescents diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety disorders, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We use evidence-based practices, including play therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and expressive therapies to help children build coping skills, process experiences, and develop healthy emotional connections.
