About Us

With a background in start-ups and a passion for community involvement, I, Kevin Cohen, am excited to introduce myself as a new business owner here in Oak Park. After serving as the director of operations at a computer software company and co-owning the co-working space Oak Park Works, I decided to channel my experience into something I’m truly passionate about—supporting local businesses. That’s why I launched Kenilworth Books, a bookkeeping service dedicated to providing strategic financial insights that empower business owners like you to make informed decisions.?

At Kenilworth Books, my goal is to help you streamline your finances and operations so you can focus on what you do best—running your business.

I’m not just a bookkeeper—I’m deeply invested in the success of our community. As a former Park District Citizen Committee member, PTO treasurer, and coach for various youth sports teams, I’ve always believed in giving back to the place I now call home. Originally from the East Coast, I agreed to follow my wife to Oak Park 13 years ago on the condition that I could raise our three kids as die-hard New York sports fans. Now, I can’t imagine living anywhere else.
