This month, the Women in Business Affinity Group meets for a special Summer Session at a NEW location! New Chamber member Peace & Joy Within Yoga studio is graciously hosting a free class at their studio in southeast Oak Park. Bring your mat!
Peace & Joy Within Yoga is more than a studio - it’s a sanctuary lovingly built by founder and teacher Paula Jones Hunter, known to her students simply as PJ. With decades of wisdom, a heart for community, and a calling rooted in faith, PJ created this space to help others return to themselves - gently, powerfully, and with intention.
Every class is an invitation: to breathe deeper, to move with presence, and to rediscover the peace and joy already within. At the heart of it all is PJ’s warm, nurturing guidance - blending mindful movement, breathwork, and heart-centered teaching into an experience that meets you exactly where you are.

Please come as you are. Comfortable clothing for movement is recommended. *If you have a yoga mat, please bring it along*
9:00-9:15AM - network, socialize, gather refreshments, and find your seat.
