AI for Business Productivity: 6 Tools, Endless Possibilities is designed for entrepreneurs and managers who want immediate efficiency gains — not theory. Participants learn how AI works in plain English, learn to apply the CARE prompting framework, and apply six powerful tools—ChatGPT, Claude, Cowork, Otter, Gemini, and NotebookLM — to automate writing, analyze data, streamline meetings, and organize information. Attendees will leave with real workflows, cost comparisons, and ready-to-use prompts that can save hours and reduce stress, while increasing clarity, output, and revenue potential.
Shelly Ng is a corporate partnerships leader at Triton College, president of American Mass Media Corporation, and CEO of Chicago City Storage. She began her career as a TV journalist in Macau, went on to raise millions in advertising revenue at CBS Radio in Chicago, produced record-setting programming for TruTV, led non-profit organizations, and now drives workforce-training partnerships to solve real business problems. Her career spans journalism, government relations, higher education, healthcare, and entrepreneurship — often all at the same time.
What ties it all together is grit. Shelly built her video production company while still at WBBM Newsradio, learned accounting and compliance, managed teams, produced, sold, taught, and led — without waiting for perfect conditions. She understands productivity not as theory, but as survival. Now, by integrating AI into every venture she runs, she multiplies output without multiplying hours. Grit built the foundation. AI is the force multiplier.
