OPRF Chamber Webinar - Harassment Prevention Training

In this webinar, businesses can ensure compliance with the State of Illinois by providing sexual harassment prevention training to their employees.  As of January 1, 2020, all Illinois employers are required to provide sexual harassment training to all employees on an annual basis.  Individuals who complete this training will receive a personalized certificate of completion.

Illinois enacted changes in legislation to fight sexual harassment in the workplace. In addition to the Workplace Transparency Act, amendments to the Illinois Human Rights Act and the Victims’ Economic Security and Safety Act, the Sexual Harassment Victim Representation Act and the Hotel and Casino Employee Safety Act were signed into law effective January 1, 2020.
