Week 2: Nutrients to Nourish your Brain; Part One The second two weeks of these series will break down the nutrients to consume as part of a balanced diet to nourish your brain and therefore improve your mood, memory, cognition, and longevity. We’ll start with diversifying your gut microbiome and balancing blood sugar, and you’ll get a chance to discuss how you will implement these changes in your own life.
