BOOTH REGISTRATION - Chicago-Austin Street Festival 2025

Celebrate summer and community in Oak Park!  The Chicago-Austin Street Festival brings food, music and local vibes to the block.  Each First Friday lights up a different Oak Park District - come stroll, snack and connect!

Vendors and neighborhood groups are invited to participate!  Please come promote your organization, lead activities, share news, and connect with neighbors at this vibrant, community-centric street party.  Priority registration goes to organizations located in the Chicago-Austin and Chicago-Harlem business districts.  Learn more about Oak Park's business districts HERE.

Each participant will receive a 10'x10' space, with an 8' table and 2 chairs.  You may bring your own pop-up tent (up to 10'x10'), standing signs or flags, decorations, and giveaway items.  Vendors may sell wares, products or food.  Food vendors are subject to inspection from the Village of Oak Park Health Department and must comply with event regulations.  501(c)(3) organizations may collect donations.  

PARTICIPATION FEES:

FREE - Oak Park businesses and organizations located in the event business district
$150 - Oak Park businesses and organizations located outside of the event business district
$500 - businesses and organizations located outside of Oak Park

EVENT SCHEDULE:

8:00AM - 10:00AM - Vendor load-in
11:00AM - 2:00PM - Event open to the public
2:00PM - 3:00PM - Breakdown (vendors must not break down early)

PLEASE NOTE:  Ridgeland Avenue and adjacent blocks will be closed for the Village of Oak Park's 4th of July Parade.  It is recommended that vendors allow extra time for load-in.  Details about load-in and load-out access will be shared prior to the event.
